Do you ship Internationally?
Otto Beads shipping to any worldwide location via DHL / UPS / TNT Express up to your location.
How long will delivery take?
We need 1 to 3 days to prepare your order. Once your order is dispatched you will get e-mail notification with tracking information. Delivery to any worldwide location takes 1 to 4 days up to your location.
How much is shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge for any order without minimum purchase. All orders ships via Express Courier to any International location and you will be able to track your order online.
How do you pack orders?
All products ships safely with special tasbih box. You can use our box to gift tasbih someone aswell.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
Otto Beads has 100% Happy Customer Satisfaction Policy. You can exchange / return and refund if not satisfied in 14 days. Also all orders under our warranty for 12 months.
I want exchange / return & refund. What should I do?
You have 14 days after receive package to inform us for exchange, return and refund any order. What happens if I don't receive my order?
